The principals of Icon 27, Mauri Pullinen and Judith Pullinen, are award-winning graphic designers who have accumulated a unique balance of creative and technical skills in the more than twenty years of working in the graphics industry.
Our experience in print design and production includes advertisements, brochures, publications and catalogs, logos and branding, packaging, and large format displays. Our web background includes design and launch of corporate, portal, and e-commerce sites, banner ad, and search engine optimization (SEO) services.

Our two person creative team of Icon 27, consisting of Mauri Pullinen and Judith Pullinen, have been designing commercial artwork and advertising collateral for clients encompassing a wide variety of industries, products and service areas for more than two decades.

Mauri Pullinen
Mauri Pullinen is an AAF ADDY® award-winning designer who has worked in print design, including display advertisement, brochure, publication, and logo design since 1984, and web site design development since 1995. Over the decades he has provided professional design services for a wide range of clients including gaming, publishing, travel and tourism, hospitality, retail and various other industries.
Mauri has been in the graphic design industry since the days when hot wax, type galleys, X-Acto® knives and band-aids were considered "high-tech." Originally having learned the lost art of typography on a coldtype Varityper phototypesetter in the mid 1980's, he then moved on to work on one of the first in-house Macintosh workstations at Encal Publishing in Chatsworth, California. After re-locating to Las Vegas Mauri worked at Photo Finish Color Imaging as manager of their digital imaging department. Later co-founding the Las Vegas-based advertising design firm AD Studio in 1998 which he sold after nearly ten years of independent operation.
Mauri is currently a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals, the American Advertising Federation Las Vegas Chapter, HTML Writers Guild and the International Webmasters Association.

Judith Pullinen
Judith Pullinen brings fifteen years of client PR and project management experience to the two person Icon 27 team. Her talents include client communication and project management, and her creativity and eye for detail are an invaluable asset when brainstorming with clients to determine just what they need to create successful advertising and marketing collateral for print and Web.
Judy's creative background began when working at Walt Disney Imagineering for their Animation Library and Information Research Center in Burbank, California. After re-locating to Las Vegas she worked at Cashman Cadillac as a Public Relations Manager for their marketing department. Later working twelve years with Las Vegas-based advertising design firm AD Studio.
Judy is currently a member of the National Association of Photoshop Professionals and the American Advertising Federation Las Vegas Chapter.
